VI - PROTECTING YOUR DATA

We have adopted high levels of data protection security based on industry best practices, taking all necessary measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of your personal data. Some of these measures include security passwords and encryption used on servers and transmitted data.

Despite the efforts made to ensure the security of your data, using services and accessing internet content involves some risks and exposures. Therefore, it is essential for you to also do your part by taking the following measures to reduce the risks involved:

Never share your password with third parties.
Create a difficult-to-guess password, combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
Avoid using a single password for multiple sites and remember to change them periodically or immediately if you suspect they have been compromised.
Use the "log out" button after finishing your browsing.
Exercise caution when accessing personal accounts on public computers or networks.
Keep your operating system and antivirus software updated. The password is the first line of defense against unauthorized access. The more complex it is, the stronger the protection against attacks and violations of your privacy.

VII - MULTIPLE USERS ON THE SAME COMPUTER

It is very important that you take certain precautions when sharing a computer with other people. This is because your personal information is linked not only to your registration profile but also to the web browser used.

As a result, the access history of applications used by all individuals who have used the same web browser will be available to anyone who accesses it, which could compromise the privacy of other users.

There are measures that can be taken to avoid sharing information among users of the same device (computer, cell phone, tablet) or web browser. These include creating a separate account on the device (computer, cell phone, tablet) for each user, using anonymous browsing, and disabling cookies.

VIII - DATA RETENTION AND USER ACCOUNT DELETION

Bringfy may retain user data for the time necessary for the aforementioned purposes, even after users request the deletion of their accounts. In this case, data necessary for legal or regulatory requirements, security and fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes or claims may be retained.
